MEET CHELSEA

A mom, small-business owner, and neighbor who believes public service begins with listening.

Chelsea is running to make sure families in District 73 have an accessible, prepared, and practical voice in Frankfort.

ROOTED IN KENTUCKY

Home is where Chelsea chose to build her family and her future.

Chelsea grew up in Bullitt County in a family shaped by service. After completing her education and working outside Kentucky, she and her husband returned home to raise their children and grow their family business.

That experience taught Chelsea that strong communities don’t just happen by accident. They are built by people who show up, listen, solve problems, and invest in one another.

“Families do not need more political theater. They need a representative who is accessible, prepared, and focused on results.”

WHY SHE IS RUNNING

Put Chelsea Kirk to work.

AS A MOM

AS A BUSINESS OWNER

AS A NEIGHBOR

Family decisions are policy decisions.

Healthcare access, school quality, household costs, and safe communities shape whether parents can build a stable life for their children.

Practical problems need practical solutions.

Chelsea understands payroll, planning, uncertainty, and the importance of state government being responsive rather than burdensome.

Representation starts with showing up.

Chelsea will listen across party lines, communicate openly, and stay focused on results for local communities.
